Services

I take a project from the first plan to launch, and look after it once it's live: e-commerce websites, mobile apps, web apps and SaaS, automation and integrations. A written scope or ongoing monthly work, with written updates throughout.

Agencies: white-label under NDA

“You need a store that looks like your brand, not like a template.”

E-commerce websites

Online stores built on Shopify: theme setup, custom sections and full store builds. I also move stores over from other platforms with products and content intact.

See the case

“Your customers expect an app, not a mobile website.”

Mobile apps for iOS and Android

Flutter apps built and published to both the App Store and Google Play, including store review and release.

See the case

“You have a product idea and need it built properly.”

Web apps and SaaS development

From first screen to live product on Next.js and Supabase, built from day one to serve many customers from one system if that is the plan.

See the case

“Orders, stock and labels live in five tabs and someone's memory.”

Order, shipping and operations systems

Marketplace and carrier integrations, an order queue that raises an alert instead of losing an order, and an internal panel your team works in, with every API key kept on the server.

See the case

“You need someone who keeps building after launch.”

Ongoing development and care

Ongoing monthly work: we decide together what to build next, I build it in small increments and write up every change. This is how I work with Kremi today.

See the case

“The previous developer is gone, or the platform no longer fits.”

Rescue and migration work

I take over inherited codebases and move live systems between platforms and databases without shutting the business down.

See the case

“You want to decide before you spend on building.”

Technical consulting

A clear written assessment of what to build, what to buy, and what to skip. You get a plan you can execute with anyone, including me.

See the case

“You want AI in your product without losing control of it.”

AI features and automation

Assistants and automations wired into your workflow, with a human approving anything sent to a customer. Practical AI, not a demo.

For agencies

White-label engineering for design, marketing and development agencies. You keep the client and the brand; I build behind you, under NDA if you want one.

What I take on

  • Shopify themes and custom sections

Custom Liquid sections inside a paid theme, bilingual storefronts, and store builds with a migration from another platform.

  • iOS and Android apps

Flutter apps, built and taken through store review to the App Store and Google Play.

  • Integrations and automation

Marketplace, carrier and payment integrations, and order queues that raise an alert instead of losing an order.

  • Web apps and back ends

Next.js with Supabase or PostgreSQL, multi-tenant when your client will serve many customers of their own.

How it works

  1. Brief

Send the brief and the design files, or just the problem. A short call if it helps, written updates otherwise.

  2. Estimated scope

You get a written scope and an estimate before anything starts. For an inherited codebase I ask for a short look first.

  3. Delivery

Built in small steps, with an update at the end of each working block and everything in version control.

  4. Your presentation

You present the work to your client, under your brand. The code, the notes and a handover you can use come with it.

  • Under NDA, signed before the brief if you want one. Your client and your work stay unnamed on this site unless you say otherwise.
  • Delivered in your brand. I am not mentioned on the client's side unless you choose to.
  • Per project, or a monthly retainer when the work keeps coming.

A few questions first

Do we need a video call?

Not necessarily. I work written-first, and I'm happy to start with a short call if you prefer.

What time zone do you work in?

UTC+3, Monday to Saturday: a wide overlap with Europe and a morning or evening overlap with the US.

Fixed price or hourly?

Both work. I prefer fixed price when scope is clear, and hourly when scope is expected to evolve, because in that case it's the more honest model.

Will you quote a price without seeing the codebase?

No. In an inherited system the real risk hides in assumptions you can't see; I ask for a short look before quoting.
